湖南省第一纸板厂有限公司系原湖南省第一纸板厂改制重组后的股份制企业。公司位于湖南省邵阳市洋溪桥，厂区自有铁路专用线，207国道从厂门经过，交通运输便利。公司拥有8条机制纸及纸板生产线，年生产能力4万吨，拥有2条硫酸盐绝缘木浆生产线，年制浆能力3万吨。给排水、机加工、供热发电、碱回收、污水处理等配套设施齐全。
　　公司现有固定资产1.61亿元，员工600余人，其中各种专业工程技术人员200余人。技术力量雄厚，技术先进，检验、检测设施完善，已通过ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证，获准采用IEC641-3国际标准产品证书，被湖南省质量技术监督局授予“质量信得过单位”。

  　Hunan No.1 Paperboard Co.,Ltd has undergo syestem-change from a state-owned factory,It is located at Yangxi bridge,Shaoyang City,Hunan Province,China.It`s convenient in trans-portation for owning a special railway and near the 207#highway,It has grown into a comprehensive enterprise which deals with pulp-making,paper-making,heat-supplying,electricity-gener-ating,alkali-recollecting.There are 8 product lines for paper and paper board making,and the annual capability is more than 40,000 tons,2product lines for pulp vitriol conifer wood,the annual capability is more than 30,000 tons.
